We are currently looking for an ambitious Payment Business Operations Intern (M/F/x) full-time, in our HQ in Berlin for our Payments Operations** Team**.

**What you will contribute**:

- Support the Payments Business Operations team in the daily tasks to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Investigate customer inquiries to detect inconsistencies in the Payment systems and raise bugs in Product / Engineering
- Keep contact on a daily basis with Customer Service agents in order to understand if there is a common request that needs to be automated
- Analyze sets of data and provide results and recommendations
- Support Payments Business Operations to automate operational processes

**What you bring**:

- Motivated person who wants to learn more about Payments in an E-commerce business
- Ideally previous experience working with back-office systems
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
- Business fluency in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
- Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Nice to have: SQL experience
