- Support day-to-day operational risk and incident management, including: ensuring risk and incident reporting, quality review and challenging, monitoring implementation of mitigating actions, reconciliation of incidents
- Support control testing, including: identifying control gaps and assisting 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
- Support monitoring and improvement of Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
- Support Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
- Create reports for senior management and managing directors
- Contribute to ad-hoc project topics, as required.

**Qualifications**
- You are studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent
- You are available for min. 3 months internship
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Workspace
- You have a strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues
- You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
- You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English, German language is advantageous
