**Als Team Lead Android Development bei Materna Virtual Solution**:

- bist du verantwortlich für die disziplinarische Leitung eines agilen, Scrum orientierten Teams mit Softwareentwicklern in München, Berlin oder remote, das eine sichere mobile Kommunikations-App für Android entwickelt.
- sitzt du am Standort Berlin und besuchst gelegentlich unseren Hauptstandort in München.
- trägt dein Team die wesentliche strategische Verantwortung in den Bereichen Softwarearchitektur und Entwicklungsprozesse.
- hinterfragst und verbesserst du bestehende Prozesse sowie Methoden und optimierst die Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Entwicklungsstandorte gemeinsam mit unserem Scrum Master.
- hast du einen starken Fokus auf die individuellen Anforderungen und das Wachstum deiner Teammitglieder.
- bist du Coach und Mentor für alle Teammitglieder und eng in die laufende Implementierung eingebunden.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld sowie in der Leitung von Softwareentwicklungsteams, idealerweise in einem agilen Setup wie Scrum
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der App-Entwicklung für Android
- Erfahrungen im manuellen Testen oder im Security Umfeld oder eine Vorliebe für IT-Security wünschenswert
- Bestreben zur funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit, um Entwickler an verschiedenen Standorten zusammenzubringen
- Verantwortungs
- und Entscheidungsbereitschaft sowie den Willen, eine konstruktive Atmosphäre in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
