Security and Compliance Officer

Your tasks:
- Have overall responsibility for the implementation of security measures and compliance with the company's security requirements
- Train employees, contractors, and guests/visitors in accordance with security manuals and requirements
- Plan, prepare, and update security audits and re-audits based on the security concept, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective and improvement actions
- Lead the approval and control of access control procedures and regulations within the organization, including the implementation of visitor procedures
- Control and check the security systems at regular intervals
- Analysis of the current situation and status of the entire security system, insurance companies, police, emergency services and fire departments
- Implement and maintain all security procedures and requirements in accordance with international standards
- Assume responsibility for legal, security, health and personal facts in the security manuals and documents

- Several years of professional experience would be desirable
