Unterstützen Sie unser Produktionsteam als Schnittstelle zwischen Schichtleitung, Engineering Abteilungen und der Fertigungsvorbereitung.

Aufgaben
- Analyse von fertigungsrelevanten Problemstellungen
- Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen, Identifikation von Abweichungen und Einleitung von korrigierenden Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Anlagenauslastung sowie Liefertreue und -leistung
- Unterstützung der Identifikation, Analyse und Kommunikation von Potenzialen zur Optimierung der Prozessabläufe
- Erstellung von (kundenspezifischen) Berichten und Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft und in Projekten

Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene Berufs
- oder akademische Ausbildung auf einem wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Gebiet
- idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Produktionsprozessen der Halbleiterindustrie
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Excel und Excel-Makro-Programmierung
- analytische, konzeptionelle und betriebswirtschaftliche Fähigkeiten
- gutes technisches Grundverständnis und Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen innerhalb eines dynamischen Arbeitsumfeldes
- ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
