**Your mission**:
**Team Lead.** In this role, you hire, manage, and develop a cross-functional team, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver the product. You create an inclusive work environment to empower your team members. As a leader, you will inspire your team and create an outstanding culture of collaboration and cohesion.**Product Visionary.** As the VP Product for cIQ you are the key person to drive our product vision. You define and implement the product vision of cIQ closely with the entire cIQ team. You ensure that the product vision supports cIQ objectives like top-line revenue. You work closely with internal and outside stakeholders to align on the vision, product priorities and develop shared understanding of customer needs. To this end, you will analyze market needs and derive product requirements. You are an advocate to our product and cIQ solutions.**Product Deliverer.** Together with your team, you will continuously deliver on the product vision of cIQ by shipping new product increments. You are responsible for the product/tech budget. You make sure that the product delivery processes are streamlined and iteratively improved.**Project Supporter.** You will support the project delivery. As such, you will work closely with other functions in the company to implement cIQ projects. You make sure that the projectsare adequately supported by the product and collect valuable product feedback during and after the projects.
**Your profile**:
- 8+ years track record in product management leadership roles, ideally in B2B / SaaS software
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to get people invested in your vision across the company
- Entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys working in a highly dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of stakeholders
- Strategic planning and operational execution skills as well as experience in agile product planning and development methodologies
- Nice to have: experience with complex data driven algorithms and quantification methodologies
- Experience in Cyber is an add-on
