**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As Sales Assistant (all genders) (**15h per week**) you would be part of our fashion service team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers with a good overview and attention to detail.

- You will greet our customers with a smile, be helpful and have a positive attitude. Your service and positive attitude will make customers look forward to their next visit with us.
- As a real team player, you are always there to support your colleagues and ensure smooth processes between the salesroom and the warehouse every day.
- Both on the shop floor and in the fitting room, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers always find a well-stocked and attractive store that invites them to shop.
- You handle all of our checkout processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in no time at all and, as the last impression of the customers, ensure a great shopping experience.
- You identify with Zalando and our corporate goal of making the world more sustainable.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- Do you have experience in retail or dealing with customers? Wonderful. However, this is not a must.
- You are willing to support the team on Fridays and Saturdays as well.
- Knowledge of English or German is an advantage but not required
- You are actively interested in market trends.
