**What you´ll do**

We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the program management office in various activities related to daily business and developing the structures and processes of the new organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing meetings and workshops, documenting results
- Supporting planning, execution and monitoring of projects with group of project managers, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, etc.
- Independent preparation and execution of own small initiatives
- Project administration and support, including preparation of presentations and other communication materials for specific audiences, content curation, maintenance of sharepoint

**What you bring**
- You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Having the following computer skills:

- Mastery of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, experience in graphic design is a plus
- Experience with SAP software, reporting and data analysis is a plus
- Fluent in German (written and spoken), sound knowledge of English
- First Project Management experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively and independently on your own initiative
- Quick perception on complex issues
- Good communication skills - ability to communicate at all levels
- Pro-active, results-oriented, and well-structured working style
- Ability to manage various time-critical topics at the same
- Ability to take concepts and illustrate them in PowerPoint or an analytical manner
- Quick learner, able to think ahead
