- und Zubehörteile im Bereich Automotive. Hyundai MOBIS ist zusammen mit Hyundai Motors und Kia Motors eine der größten Gesellschaften der Hyundai Group. Neben der Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich von hochtechnologischen Produkten für den Einsatz im Fahrzeug, ist MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. für das Originalteile
- und Originalzubehörgeschäft von Hyundai Motors und Kia Motors in ganz Europa zuständig. Von der Europa-Zentrale in Frankfurt am Main aus werden außerdem unsere europaweiten Vertriebsniederlassungen unterstützt und begleitet.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium, bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Themengebiet
- Sehr gutes Planungs
- und Organisationsgeschick in Verbindung mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Strukturiertes, proaktives sowie kunden
- und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
- Flexibilität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe i.V.m Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und deren Ansprüchen im automotiven Aftersales-Geschäft
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Offic

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Analyse von Kennzahlen und Erstellung von Reporten und Auswertungen mittels Microsoft M365 Anwendungen, internen Datenbankaus-wertungen und unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Unterstützung sowie Zuarbeit für den Team Lead bei den täglichen Abläufen im Bereich Reklamationen
- Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter der Claims - Working Group
- Ansprechpartner für die verschiedensten Anfragen und Problemstellungen der Mitarbeiter der Working Group
- Optimierung von Abläufen und Erstellung neuer Standardprozesse mit zugehöriger Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit bei bereichsinternen und bei Bedarf auch bereichsübergreifenden Projekten inklusive zugehörigen Analysen und Konzeptionierungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben von Systemen, Prozessen und Spezialthemen
- Regelmäßige Dienstreisen (ca. 1x im Quartal) - Hub Audits / Dealer Visits / Supplier Visits
