**The job**:
As a sales agent for this iGaming company your responsibility is to help passive users who already has an account, but who has never deposited anything. You will be helping them set up everything so they feel comfortable using the platform and offer them promotions to get them started. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

- Calling warm leads/current customers of the online casino/sports betting platform
- Assist existing customers in how to use the platform
- Offer promotions to the warm leads/existing customers to get them started

**Your qualifications**:
You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience in sales, preferly high volume B2C.

You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills, with a can-do attitude and drive.

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
