**What you’ll do**:

- **Conducting workshops and training sessions. **You optimize and lead training sessions focused on empowering our international clients to seamlessly adopt and leverage new digital technologies through innovative cutting-edge training solutions.
- **Training and enablement conception and design**. You conduct stakeholder analysis and requirements gathering to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ pain points and needs in digital enablement. You develop training concepts and implement customized solutions that address client-specific challenges.
- **Training delivery in German and English.** You create and develop training materials, learning paths, and training solutions that take into account client requirements from a system-user perspective in both German and English.
- **Client Management and partnership building.** You build trusting and long-term partnerships with our clients and their partners to accompany them in their digital transformation journey. Using the power of the team, you ensure the highest quality objectives are met and deliver excellent service, always anticipating the next step and going beyond pure execution.
- **Quality assurance and reporting.** You keep training materials up to date, develop and implement methods for training evaluation and reports on training success. You dive into action with a hands-on approach, ensuring operational excellence and the planning and scheduling of regular training sessions for end users.

**What you can offer**:

- **Experience.** You have 1 - 3 years of working experience in developing training materials and designing and delivering technical training programs in a digital and customer-centric environment.
- **Digital know-how.** You have a strong understanding of adult learning philosophy, digital training methods and change management. Ideally, you have experience working with tools including SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Figma. Experience in video content editing is advantageous.
- **Language skills.** You are fluent in English and German, as training needs to be delivered regularly in both languages.
- **Communication.** You have excellent presentation and communication skills and can easily lead others through new ideas and concepts.
- **Drive for impact.** You genuinely enjoy helping others to solve their problems. Your working style is defined by close attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
