To complement our team in Dresden, we are looking for an:
**Head of Controlling (m/w/d)**:
**YOUR MAIN TASKS**:

- Designing the transformation of controlling in terms of efficient processes and systems
- Monthly or quarterly results accounting, analyses and reporting of all relevant key performance indicators
- On-schedule execution and coordination of annual budget plans
- Independent preparation of forecasts as well as their regular monitoring, variance analyses and special business evaluations
- Coordination of group-wide cost and performance accounting including maintenance of the controlling IT systems as well as the operational accounting sheet
- Support for our companies in all business management matters that arise as well as systems support
- Cooperation with asset management (project-related risk management)
- Contact person for auditors and tax consultants
- Technical and disciplinary management of the controlling department and further development of employees
- Regular process monitoring and optimization within the department
- Resource and budget planning and assurance
- Direct interface to the management

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completed business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in the area of controlling/finance
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Distinct hands-on mentality
