**Your mission with us**:
You will be a key part in driving our frontend app development forward and thereby support our digital health products that improve people's lives and health. As our** Tech Lead App Frontend Development (f/m/x)**, you will oversee the frontend development team, making architectural and strategic decisions, contributing and reviewing code.
**What you can expect from us**:
- Manage App Frontend Developers working on multiple products
- Define architectural guidelines for all products in our portfolio
- Align the app development strategies with the overall technical plans
- Support development teams by contributing and reviewing code
- Extract sharable functionalities across our product portfolio
**Your profile**:
- 8 or more years in software development, 5 years app development, Flutter experience required
- 2 or more years in lead development roles
- Solid understanding of development workflows and software architecture
- Good ability to communicate, high capacity for context switching
- English is a Must, German a Plus
