**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Marketing Trainee**, you’ll work closely with our marketing team and learn how to run impactful campaigns, build brand awareness, and support business growth. You’ll get a broad introduction to the core areas of B2B marketing and take ownership of real projects from day one.

You’ll support us with:

- ** Content creation**: Assist in creating blog posts, social media content, case studies, and event materials.
- ** Performance analysis**: Learn how to track marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- ** SEO and SEA basics**: Support keyword research, content optimization, and Google Ads campaigns.
- ** Event support**: Help organize webinars, industry events, and marketing materials for conferences.
- ** Market research**: Conduct desk research to better understand our audience and competitors.
- ** Team collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with our design, product, and ESG teams to bring marketing ideas to life.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Go-to-market support: Help plan and coordinate GTM activities for new features, product launches, and campaigns — including messaging, rollout, and channel activation.
- You’ve completed (or are close to completing) a degree in **marketing, business, communications, or a related field**.
- You’re **curious and eager to learn** about all aspects of digital marketing.
- You have strong **communication skills** in both **German and English** (written and spoken).
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and **ready to take initiative**.
- Bonus: First internship or student job experience in marketing, communications, or SaaS is a plus.
