Hier bei EnBW gibt es Raum für Gestaltung und Entfaltung.**Über den Bereich**: Our Market Data Team, plays a central role within EnBW Trading and has recently extended its responsibilities to the onboarding of the Data management. It is now responsible for organising the function and process of data management, working with the other Data Stewards to establish synergies, standardization & best practices and ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date, with the appropriate triage of the user requests. The team works closely with all trading business units (front, middle and back office, finance, risk management, legal, IT) and the corporate office. The team is therefore looking for a Data Steward (M/F/d) with operational and tactical experience eager to work in a fast-paced and exciting team environment.

**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- Establishing a trusting, strong and long-term relationship with market data providers and ensuring that the services offered comply with the terms of the contract and that the products are used in a compliant manner
- Also belonging to the Data Stewardship community, being an active member of the Data Domain by maintaining and improving processes and procedures along with access controls to monitor adherence. This includes establishing internal policies and standards—and enforcing those policies
- Maintain quality of the data within the Data Catalogue using customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues; and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly of the Data Catalogue
- Optimize workflows and communications
- Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making
- Ensure compliance and security of the data. Data stewards are responsible for protecting the data—while providing information on potential risks and offering regulatory guidance

**Überzeugendes Profil**:

- You have a university degree in the field of computer science, economics, business administration or a comparable education
- You have already gained 2-3 years of experience as a market data analyst, licence manager or data steward, ideally in financial services companies
- Solid understanding of database usage and data processes as well as a good IT affinity is a prerequisite
- Good knowledge of processes in the retail and financial industry is required, basic knowledge of the energy sector is desirable
- You pay attention to detail, your work has a high level of accuracy and you are able to drive change
- We need fluency in written and spoken English
