**What You'll Do**
- Manage high-volume recruitment, sourcing for multiple roles simultaneously
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top passive talent
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep relevant business partners updated
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and business partners
- Leverage data and market insights to drive sourcing strategy and present findings
- Drive process improvements and support recruitment-related projects

**What You'll Bring**
- Previous sourcing experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably sourcing for skilled blue collar roles such as Technicians and Engineers in a production environment.
- Proficient in English and German language
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Experience in using ATS and other common sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies
