Tasks
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to build and maintain a favorable public image for the company.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure print, broadcast, and digital media coverage.
- Write compelling press releases, media kits, and other materials to effectively communicate key messages to the media and public.
- Coordinate and manage interviews to maximize coverage and exposure.
- Monitor media and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between PR efforts and overall company goals.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, responding to media inquiries and projecting a positive image to the public.
- Manage crisis communications and develop strategies to address negative publicity promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both German and English (native in one)
- Proven experience as a public relations specialist or similar role
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media professionals.
- Experience with strategic PR planning.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools and trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to create extraordinary PR campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
