Project Work Administrator (m/w/d)
**Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Verrichten qualifizierter kaufmännischer Arbeiten nach Anweisung
- Ausführung von Assistenzaufgaben und Projekten
- Erledigung von Korrespondenz und Buchungen (SAP)
- Administrative Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
- Urlaubs-/Reise-/und Terminplanung und Überwachung
- Durchführung von Ressourcenplanung
- und Beschaffung
- Pflege und Auswertung von Datenbanken
- Durchführung von Schulungskoordination
- Ausführung der Time-Manager-Funktion

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder fachlich entsprechende längere Berufserfahrung
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Dokumentenmanagement, Projektsystem)
- Kenntnisse Projektmanagement-Tools
- Englischkenntnisse Level B2
