Founded in 2017 by two dedicated gamers in Düsseldorf, our flagship brand **LeetDesk** quickly rose to become Germany’s market leader in award-winning, high-end gaming desks—products that combine premium quality, ergonomic design, and a genuine love for gaming.

In 2023, ODYN GmbH was **acquired by Uplift Desk**, a leading American office furniture brand. Together, we’re poised to launch **Uplift Desk** into Europe while simultaneously **scaling LeetDesk in Europe** and **introducing it to the U.S.** market. To fuel this next phase of growth, we’re searching for a visionary marketing leader to steer our performance and expansion efforts on both sides of the Atlantic.

As our **Head of Growth**, you will:

- **Define and execute** the global growth roadmap for both **LeetDesk** and **Uplift Desk**.
- Directly impact **top-line revenue** as you innovate multi-channel strategies and optimize campaigns across international markets.
- Leverage your **data-driven insights** and **creative flair** to expand our footprint in gaming and office furniture, two fast-evolving industries.
- Immerse yourself in the **gaming scene**, from **eSport tournaments** to **Gamescom**, enhancing brand authenticity and forging deeper connections with our community.

This role is your chance to **own the global performance marketing strategy** and make a tangible difference in an industry you’re passionate about.

**Your Mission**

**1. Establish Uplift Desk in Europe**
- Take the lead in building awareness and credibility for Uplift Desk as the go-to brand for standing desks and office furniture in Germany and across Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging while tailoring creative, distribution, and engagement strategies to ignite demand in a competitive market.

**2. Scale LeetDesk in Europe**
- Drive brand repositioning to maintain market leadership and reach new customer segments.
- Continually optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, ensuring sustainable growth in customer acquisition and retention.

**3. Introduce LeetDesk to the U.S. Market**
- Adapt brand messaging and go-to-market strategies for American gaming and ecommerce ecosystems.
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly to find the right channels and creative approaches for U.S. gamers and consumers.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Develop a cohesive growth marketing framework**—covering acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion—across both brands and continents.
- **Lead performance marketing**on Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitch, Amazon, and other emerging platforms.
- Innovate cross-platform campaigns that resonate with both **gaming communities** and **professional** audiences.
- Tailor creative, messaging, and **user journeys to different cultural context**s, languages, and buying behaviors.
- Oversee **relationships with external agencies and local partners** for seamless market execution.
- Grow and mentor your performance **marketing team from scratch**, setting clear goals, processes, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with in-house and external creative resources to produce **compelling ads, landing pages, and sales funnels.**:

- **Experiment with new content formats,**user flows, and brand narratives to engage diverse target groups.

**Your Profile**
- **7+ years in growth marketing**, ideally in ecommerce, D2C, or hardware-related industries.
- Demonstrated success in **multi-market campaigns**—balancing localization with a consistent brand identity.
- A rare blend of **data-savvy** and **creative**: you live by analytics but know when to trust your gut in shaping breakthrough ideas.
- Comfortable **leading teams**, coordinating cross-functional projects, and guiding external vendors or agencies.
- Fluent in **German (C2) and English (C1+)**; additional European languages are a plus.
- Passion for gaming or willingness to immerse yourself in gaming culture—**bonus if you’ve attended gaming events or followed eSports**.
