For our International Customer Service Team we want to hire you as our new:
**Dutch Customer Service Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be the point of contact between our company and our Dutch-speaking customers
- With this role you will not only provide a high-quality service, but you will also make our customers happy
- Here you will be responsible for the front-office and administrative back-office tasks concerning our customers’ orders, social media sites and internal translations
- Finding a sustainable solution for our customers to make them pleased with our service
- Quality and solution-oriented cooperation with our home24 Teams

**Profile**:

- Experience in the customer service field is an advantage
- Newcomers (M/F/d) are more than welcome - please convince us why you are a great asset for our team and our customers
- Strong in communication and balanced personality with a lot of empathy
- Enthusiasm for working directly with customers
- Affinity with our online and product world
- Interest in the e-commerce field
- You speak Dutch fluently and have good knowledge of English
