**Job Description**:
**The role**

Your main responsibilities are:

- To always put our customer first You work actively to increase sales and contribute in creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store.
- You make sure we meet our customers’ expectations at all times while always supporting your team in the store.
- Keep updated on and share information on size, fit, materials, garment care, the story of our products and styling options with customers.
- Keep updated on sales activities to complement our customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
**We are looking for**
- You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way
- You enjoy working with customers and a diverse team
- You are passionate about fashion, quality, and sustainability
- You take ownership and drive sales
- You are reliable, flexible and available on days with most customers (Fridays, Saturdays)
