**About The Role**

We are looking for a Risk & Internal Controls Enthusiast (f/m/d) to become part of our GRC Team in Berlin. The Governance, Risk & Control function plays a vital role for the sustainability of our company. You’ll guide the business through the creation of processes and controls and assess the adequacy thereof. You are a trusted advisor with critical mindset but entrepreneurial spirit. At the same time, you have the opportunity to build a data-driven risk management and internal control system from scratch.
- You´ll manage our yearly risk cycle including risk assessments and risk reporting
- You’ll manage our full-suite, AI enabled GRC platform
- You’ll further develop our risk management to an Enterprise Risk Management System
- You´ll drive the creation of internal processes and controls
- You´ll be a trusted advisor to our teams in terms of adequacy and effectiveness of processes and internal controls
- You´ll oversee the creation and maintenance of internal policies
- You’ll support the Business Partner Risk Management process

**About You**
- You bring professional working experience (5+ yrs) in a GRC related function, Big4 or another relevant role
- You have a professional background in Legal, Business/Finance or Tech
- You have a good understanding of legal, commercial, and organizational contexts
- You are diligent, highly motivated and have an independent working style
- You appreciate the challenge of working in a developing company
- You ideally bring Real Estate/Tech Industry experience
- You obtained GRC-related certificates such as: CIA, CFE, CRMA
- You’re experienced working with the MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bring experience working with SAP (we use HANA) as well as GRC tools
- You’re fluent in German and English
