To achieve this goal, data-driven solutions and tailor-made algorithms are key. As part of the cross-functional "Buying Selling Rental Dynamics" team we work directly with our partners in Product and Tech to provide scores and predictions in various contexts. **Job Description**: **WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**: - Effectively partner with product and engineering teams to design and build data science solutions to drive revenue growth, support interactions between our users (seekers, owners and intermediaries) and develop a marketing mix model to support strategic decision making. - Lead data science projects and communicate with stakeholders. - Develop predictive, explanatory models and machine learning algorithms. - Deploy trained model artifacts to AWS to serve ML models in production. - Create automated learning systems that gracefully scale to increasing complexity and expectation. - Analyse large-scale structured and unstructured data. - Create ETL pipelines to get the required data in a format ready for downstream tasks. - Help improve the scope of our data sets by identifying new data collection and procurement opportunities on an ongoing basis. **Qualifications**: **AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**: - MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics or similar. - 3+ years of relevant work experience in the industry building and product ionising ML models and data science workflows. - Experience with one or more of the following in an applied business setting: advanced statistical techniques for experimental design, observational causal inference and time series forecasting. - Strong proficiency with Python and SQL and large-scale distributed systems. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesise, simplify and explain complex topics to different types of audience, including executives. - You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and high energy environment and are comfortable with ambiguity. - Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
