**Your challenge**:
At Taxfix, we believe finances should be accessible, transparent, and empowering for everyone. As a Strategy Intern, you’ll be at the heart of this mission — helping shape how we grow, where we invest, and how we communicate our vision to the world.

You’ll join our Strategy team, working directly with leadership on high-impact projects that span new business opportunities, strategic planning, investor communications, and organizational transformation. This is not just a supporting role — you’ll take ownership of real projects, gain exposure to executive decision-making, and learn how a high-growth fintech operates from the inside.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conduct desk and user research as well as quantitative analyses to draw effective conclusions.
- Calculate business cases to evaluate the viability of business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and workshops for top-management decisions and investors.
- Support end-to-end project management.
- Contribute to strategic partnership management from early conversations to standing relations.
- Craft strategic communication for a wide range of audiences.

**Your profile**:

- Ability to conduct diligent quantitative and qualitative research and visualise and present your insights effectively.
- Never-ending curiosity and excitement to have ownership over projects.
- First experience in FinTech, start-up, tech environment, and/or first stints in consulting, corporate strategy or corporate finance.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Proficient previous experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
- For working students: you are enrolled as a student in a relevant field at a German university.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools.
