**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure to ensure smooth and stable user connectivity.
- Carry out fiber optic cable laying, splicing, testing, and equipment installation according to NE4 project standards.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, providing technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with the NE4 project team to implement construction plans and ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate with users, answer questions, and offer professional guidance on network usage.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fiber network equipment.
- Adhere to German safety regulations and construction standards to ensure compliance and operational safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Vocational school diploma or higher, preferably in telecommunications, computer networks, electronic information, or related fields.

**Work Experience**:

- Prior experience in FTTH installation and maintenance is preferred.
- Experience in the German or European markets is an advantage.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in fiber optic splicing, cabling, and testing.
- Familiar with installing and configuring common network devices (e.g., optical modems, routers).
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.

**Language Requirements**:

- Basic German communication skills (B1 level or above) to interact effectively with users and team members.
- English proficiency is a plus.

**Other Requirements**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Possession of German or EU-recognized certifications (e.g., electrician license, working-at-height certification) is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with German FTTH standards and NE4 project requirements is a plus.
