**Lead Backend Development** (all genders)**

**Tasks**:

- Lead the backend development of our enterprise e-commerce platform, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies (Java, Microservices, hybris, AWS, Micronaut, Spring Boot, Gradle, CI/CD, Jenkins, and more)
- In a cross-functional, agile team, you will take responsibility for the backend and work iteratively with DevOps, frontend developers, product owners, UX/UI on end-to-end solutions
- In cooperation with internal and external partners, you will work on the further development of interfaces to ERP, CRM and production information systems
- Identify opportunities to improve the software development process, and recommend and implement solutions
- Mentor and train junior developers on best practices and technical skills
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

**Profile**:

- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable education
- You have very good knowledge in Java, Spring MVC, Design Patterns and ideally Hybris
- OpenAPI, Swagger and Docker are not foreign words for you
- You have experience with agile methods like Scrum and Kanban
- You have a high sense of quality and responsibility and a strong analytical mindset
