Product Owner Execution Systems

Your tasks

We are looking for a Product Owner (M/F/diverse) for our Tire Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

You will work in an exciting, global environment with room for own ideas and shaping change. You will be part of a product owner team building the link between plants and central departments managing the different stakeholder requirements from Business, Engineering and IT Tires among others. Additionally, you are an integral part of the rollout team with the purpose to deploy the Execution solutions worldwide.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving the digital transformation to Industry 4.0 through the production environment digitalization
- Coordination of the product implementation focused on plant’s most important KPIs related to quality, efficiency, productivity and conformity
- Creation of a product roadmap in alignment with the Digitalization strategy
- Member of rollout team with the purpose to deploy the Execution solutions worldwide
- Supporting plants during rollout and daily work with the MES
- Enhancement of test cases (based on risk analysis) by the development of new features
- Planning and execution of Piloting and Business Acceptance Tests (BAT)
- Creation and sharing of functional documentation of the product.
- Monitors the usage of responsible systems, coaches and follows up corrective actions

**Profile**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Several years of work experience in manufacturing process related fields
- Several years of experience in project management with international teams (cross-functional and global)
- Project leadership experiences
- Experience in working with virtual global teams, with exceptional teamwork spirit.
- Good communication skills, business fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Networking and interactions skills, experience in international & intercultural business environment
- Willingness to travel, approx. 50%
