**Job Opportunity: Experienced Sales Assistant (French Premium Fashion Boutique - Düsseldorf)**

We are a renowned French premium fashion boutique located in the heart of Düsseldorf, seeking an experienced and passionate **Sales Assistant** to join our team.

**Position Details**:

- **Work Hours**: 36 to 40 hours per week
- **Start Date**: May
- **Salary**: €14 to €17 per hour (based on experience)

**About You**: You have a strong passion for fashion and exceptional customer service. Retail is your field, and you're eager to continue developing your skills in this dynamic environment. With previous experience as a Sales Assistant, you thrive both in a team setting and when working independently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
- Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
- Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager
