**Team Lead 3rd Party Business (Mainstream brands)**

In this position you are responsible for leading your team and developing business strategies in collaboration with brand owners. You will translate these strategies into detailed action plans and lead your team to successfully implement them.

About the job:

- Management and further development of the P&L for the area of responsibility.
- Inspire and closely work together with internal, cross-functional teams for effective brand execution (e.g.: sales, trade marketing, communications, demand planning). Cultivate and maintain partnerships.
- Analyze and interpret data to measure brand performance, product launches and campaign successes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Effectively allocate resources for optimal ROI.
- Scale your brands by driving profitable growth and developing expansion strategies.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing/Product Management or Business Management.
- Experience in team leadership.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in commercial roles, product management roles after graduation.
- Experience in P&L Management
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English.
- Intercultural competence.
