Are you looking to for an exciting opportunity in sales and account management within the electric vehicle industry? This could be a perfect next step in your career.

I am working with a global, expanding EV company to help grow out their European team. In order to support their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Sales and Key Account Manager to expand their footprint within the European vehicle fleet market.

Your responsibilities will be
- Contributing to growing the company's European business operations with the aim to achieve long-term success, focusing on the development of fleet distribution channels.
- Distribution of company brands to corporate customers located in Germany and other major European markets.
- Acquisition and continuous support of large corporate customers, including Leasing and Rental companies, as well as of relevant associations.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, developing trust relationships.
- Market analysis, profitability requests & other customer researches to define business opportunities in the area of responsibility.
- Monitoring of the company's market performance and continuous alignment with the European Headquarter Fleet team, as well as with the local distribution entity (subsidiary or importer).
- Conclusion of (European) framework contracts with major corporations (including leasing and rental companies, as well as other large companies).
- Customer Relationship Management. Informing actual and potential business partners about the company's European product and service portfolio, assuring constant updates in case of recent product launches and changes.
- Participation in Fleet tenders of major corporates ('tender management').
- Establishing co-operations with leasing companies and fleet management companies to elaborate business opportunities with new mobility concepts.
- Emphasis on the establishment of Fleet Business Centers (FBCs) in the markets of responsibility. Corresponding alignment with the European Headquarter Fleet team, as well as with the local distribution entity (importer).
- Support of and active participation in corporate customer events.
- Support the definition of fleet marketing material and corresponding communication materials for the area of responsibility.
- Emphasise on the implementation of a Used Car sales program (for certified pre-owned vehicles) in the market of responsibility. Corresponding alignment with the European Headquarter Fleet team, as well as with the local distribution entity (subsidiary or importer).

About you
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the automotive industry
- Proven work experience in Fleet sales (Rental sales, car-sharing, subscription business or automotive leasing channel) and/ or in a field force position
- A very good command of English and German is mandatory.
- Chinese, Italian, or Spanish skills would be an additional asset.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. International mindset, motivation, and flexibility. Hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to travel across the markets of responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Excellent organisational skills, and good command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and good business judgement.
