At TLScontact, with our experienced interaction experts, we make international travel safe & easy for both governments and citizens, while providing exceptional customer experience and engagement.
We manage visa and consular services for government clients around the world ; we concentrate on providing the administrative aspects of the visa process via a global network of Visa Application Centre, allowing our government clients to focus on their core decision-making role.
Your main missions will be:
- Handle day-today Visa Applications according to our Client process
Greeting all customers,
obtaining bio-metric data (picture & finger-print)
Take other documentation
- Propose & Sale Added Value Services (AVS) to Visa applicant according to their needs (courier services, premium services etc )
- Provide a first-class service and a positive customer experience
- Flag to Management situations or issues that may give rise to concern
- Support the ongoing improvement within the center
Essential Requirements:
Language: fluent English and German
Great customer service skills & presentation to be engaging direct liaison with the public
Working in a fast-paced and at times highly pressured environment
Experience in a Public Sector/ Tourism field
International experience (multicultural Group or experience aboard)
What we offer:
Salary**:2 350 EUR monthly/gross**
Sales bonus based on collective team performance: up to 15% of the monthly gross salary
9 euros of meal voucher (swile card) - paid at 50% by the company
Pension scheme of 100 euros / month after 1 year
50% of transportation reimbursement
Access to a training platform (Udemy) - to obtain valid certifications

Pay: 2,350.00€ per month
