Senior Motion Designer

**The Team**:
The Video and Motion Design Team is part of the Design and Brand Office at Celonis and has been steadily growing in the last two years. The team currently consists of 10 passionate creative video professionals who report to the Head of Video and Motion Design. The team is mostly based in Munich and collaborates with diverse other creative and marketing teams on video and animation projects and acts as an in-house production house for Celonis. There are many versatile projects waiting for you in an international and dynamic environment with the possibility to make a real contribution and shape the Celonis brand.

**The Role: Senior Motion Designer**

You are a creative powerhouse, who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Create a background animation for a 20 meter led screen in 3D and 2D, no problem? Then you can continue reading. We’re looking for an experienced motion designer who can help us to meet the demands for animations. The range goes from small but beautiful gifs, over enhancing real life footage with explanatory graphics and tracking of screens, to key visuals for our global events. We need your creativity and precision to keep our brand moving forward. You’ll work closely with a team of motion designers, video producers and graphic designers, a very creative environment that helps everyone to do their best work.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Create animated explainers of our product in 2D and 3D
- Work on event screen animations
- Help to further develop the motion design of our brand
- Create templates for freelancers
- Work on green screen or screen keying projects

**The qualifications you need**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a motion designer
- Strong portfolio that shows your versatility
- Deep understanding of After Effects and Cinema 4D
- Willingness to learn new tools and plugins
- Ability to maneuver many different stakeholders in an international environment
- Strong English skill is a must, German is an added bonus
