Team Lead Data

**Your role**:
As our Teamlead Data you become a part of our leadership team and join forces with us to build a world of confident home cooks who feel inspired, enabled and at ease in their kitchens. Working in our multidisciplinary Product, Tech & Data department you enable us to make data-driven decisions and help to transform data into valuable insights for the entire business.

Your key responsibilities are:

- Develop and implement a data strategy that allows for company wide data-driven decision making enabling teams to continuously improve their performance
- Establish and support a self service BI environment in a collaborative relationship with other department leads
- Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, making them available at all times through automation of dashboards
- Present analysis and recommendations to our team using data-driven storytelling and thereby drive improvements in business operations and strategic change
- Build and lead the BI team to create actionable business insights, to answer business questions, to develop recommendations and thereby to drive business value
- Collaborate closely with our product and engineering team, our creative team and our sales team

**Your profile**:

- You have gained proven experience in data analysis and are highly proficient in using SQL and ETL tools, preferably Snowflake
- You have expertise in building dashboards and establishing a data driven mindset in an organization
- You have a good understanding of programming languages for data manipulation (e.g. Python, R etc.) and have a strong understanding of statistics, mathematics
- You’re a clear communicator and a data storyteller who is able to help our teams interpret the data and gain insights
- You would describe yourself as a team player being highly collaborative and able to build cross-functional relationships
- You bring a can-do attitude and actively want to shape and develop our data infrastructure further
- You enjoy good food and are inspired by it as a topic
- You’re fluent in English, German is a plus
