Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Project Specialist (w/d/m), In Vollzeit für unseren Standort Berlin.

Aufgaben
- Organisation von Drehaufträgen mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- Du betreust Deine eigenen Kunden und sorgst für ein hervorragendes Kundenerlebnis
- Du betreust und verwaltest Projekte von Anfang bis Ende
- Hinterfrage unsere derzeitigen Prozesse und erfinde diese Neu (nur so kann Backbone wachsen)
- Du hälst unsere Wissensdatenbank auf neuesten Stand und dokumentierst neue Prozesse
- Du hilfst bei der Skalierung unserer Produktion
- Du musst in der Lage sein, dich an neue Prozesse und strukturelle Veränderungen anzupassen.
- Sei ein Teamplayer. Wir sind nur erfolgreich, wenn wir zusammenarbeiten.

Qualifikation
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle (Service) oder in der Leitung von Projekten
- Du bist ein/e Teamplayer/in, die/der sich gerne neuen Herausforderungen stellt, gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten besitzt, neugierig und proaktiv ist.
- Bonus: Du beherrschst Niederländisch oder Französisch
