Join us as a Channel Account Executive focusing on our distributors and shape the future of our international partner ecosystem. We're looking for a driven and passionate sales professional to grow our Tier 2 channel network of distributors and resellers. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- You oversee a portfolio of distribution and reseller partners within the designated territory.
- You recruit and onboard new partners in line with our indirect go-to-market strategy.
- You train and enable partners on product positioning, value proposition, and sales processes.
- You support distributor-led campaigns and partner marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and accelerate the pipeline.
- You collaborate with internal teams to provide pricing support, deliver product training, and manage escalations.
- You ensure partner compliance with program guidelines, discount structures, and deal registration workflows.
- You track key performance indicators and pipeline metrics for the region, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

**THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner account management
- Experience with B2B SaaS or cybersecurity vendors preferred
- Strong communication, organisational, and partner-facing skills
- Data-driven approach and experience working with CRM and PRM tools
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
