**Berlin Institute of Health at Charité (BIH)** - **BIH QUEST Center Center for Responsible Research**: - The goal of the QUEST Center is to optimise the quality of biomedical research in the context of the currently strongly discussed science policy concepts 'Open Science' and 'Responsible Research and Innovation'. - Student Assistant at the BIH QUEST Center **Working field**: - Your tasks will focus on supporting the team in the project "VALIDATE". VALIDATE develops, tests and validates an AI prediction tool for predicting outcomes in acute stroke patients. The QUEST Center is responsible for the development of a "trustworthy AI" framework. The focus is on: 1. summarising publications and publication data for meta-research studies. 2. supporting qualitative workshops and interview studies. This task may include taking notes during activities, correcting and de-identifying transcripts, assisting with qualitative analysis of transcripts, co-organising, communicating with partner institutions, and formatting audio data. 3. searching for relevant research articles and preparing summaries. 4. preparing and proofreading research documents. **Requirements**: - Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks at a consistently high level of quality - Familiarity with and willingness to learn new office and research related software - Very good oral and written communication skills - Very good English language skills - Willingness to become familiar with qualitative workshop and interview studies - Willingness to become familiar with meta-research and systematic reviews - Previous experience in scientific writing is an advantage, but not required - Prior knowledge of programming using Python and/or R is an advantage, but not required - Prior knowledge of machine learning-based AI technologies is an advantage, but not required - Prior knowledge of AI ethics is an advantage, but not required - Previous experience with meta-research or systematic reviews is an advantage, but not required **What we offer**: - Pay group TV Stud III.
