Als **Technical Support / Product Support (Tranceivers) (m/w/d)** sind Sie Experte, wenn es um technische Beratung und Unterstützung der Produkte geht - besonders im spannenden Bereich der Transceiver.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Internationale und technische Kundenberatung sowie Unterstützung
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Serviceanfragen
- In Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden führst du Kompatibilitätstests durch
- Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Funktion der Produkte
- Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Wissensdatenbank

**Ihr Profil**:

- Du kommst aus dem Bereich Informationstechnologie oder Netzwerktechnik und hast ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Feld der optischen Übertragungstechnik und Netzwerkbetrieb mit
- Du bist Experte der Netzwerkgeräte und hast Erfahrung in ihrer Einrichtung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
