**Unternehmensbeschreibung**:
**Unser Customer Service ist das Herzstück unserer Supply Chain und Kundenbetreuung. Als Werkstudent im Bereich Customer Service übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Bearbeitung von Rechnungskürzungen und unterstützt aktiv unser Qualitätsmanagement. So trägst du dazu bei, offene Forderungen sowohl von uns an Kunden als auch umgekehrt signifikant zu reduzieren, gleichzeitig gewährleistest du einen Premiumservice für unsere Kunden im Reklamationsfall.**

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**AUFGABENGEBIETE**
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Rechnungskürzungen durch unsere Kunden und selbstständiges Nachforschen bzgl. der Rechtfertigungsgrundlage für die Kürzungen
- Erstellen eines wöchentlichen und monatlichen Reportings zum aktuellen Stand der Rechnungskürzungen und Darstellung etwaiger Abweichung zu den Zielwerten (KPI’s)
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Verbraucherbeschwerden
- Erstellen eines wöchentlichen und monatlichen Reportings zum aktuellen Stand der Reklamationsfälle und Darstellung etwaiger Abweichung zu den Zielwerten (KPI’s)
- Proaktiver Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Prozesse
- Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung und dem Versand von Rechnungen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du befindest dich in einem universitären Studium
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs
- und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Liebe für Details
- Numerische Kompetenz
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Fähigkeit zur Mehrfachaufgabenbewältigung
- ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil (bevorzugt SAP)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft ExceL
