The individual will be responsible for development of mechanical components, assemblies, and device functions up to series production readiness.

**Your assignments**:

- Maintenance of the accessories for PD (CAPD, APD) across all manufacturing sites (Renossa-USA, St.Wendel-D, Crema-IT)
- Contact person for the production sites
- Complaint processing and analysis of PD accessories
- Collaboration on product improvement, redesign of PD Accessories
- Interface to the maintenance leads of the devices (sleep-safe & harmony, Silencia, Liberty, VersiPD if it should be further pursued )
- Interface to production and engineering (GRD) for new and further development of accessories and interface hardware/software
- Support in the creation of IRDs (Inferface Requirement Documents) for the PD products
- Support in the procurement of functional and verification samples
- Coordination of regular meetings with the production and development sites for PD accessories and devices to coordinate new developments, changes and complaints.
- Contact person for all Sustaining and Complaint topics around the solution bags of all devices (APD) but also CAPD for all production plants
- Contact person also for changes or new and further development of the bags
- Contact person for simplification of the portfolio (standardization / simplification of the country codes) è if desired
- Contact person and interface to the production sites of the solutions

**Your profile**:
**Critical Experience**:

- Preferred technical studies (diploma, bachelor's degree, master's degree) specializing in plastics technology, natural sciences, medical technology, engineering sciences or similar
- Experience in quality management or quality assurance and in dealing with product requirements (creation, testing, structuring). Experience in quality management, ideally acquired in a regulated environment of a manufacturing company, is part of your profile
- Sound knowledge in the field of functional safety of medical devices
- Ability to explain complex technical issues
- Ability to connect technical, quality and or regulatory issues to economical business cases
- Knowledge in project management and in dealing with interdepartmental work
- Structured way of thinking and working, high analytical ability as well as organization, planning around implementation of projects and adherence to the required processes and tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
