Die Renold Gruppe entwickelt und produziert mit ca. 460 Mitarbeitern an den Standorten Einbeck und Gronau leistungsstarke Ketten für verschiedene Branchenlösungen. Die spezialiserten Kettenlösungen werden gemäß unterschiedlicher Kundenwünschen aus dem Maschinenbau, der Landmaschinen
- oder Fördertechnik entwickelt und produziert.
Für unsere Personalabteilung am Standort Einbeck suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine\*n HR-Business Partner\*in (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte in gängigen personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeits-rechtlichen Fragen
- Steuerung der Personalarbeit im tariflichen und außertariflichen Umfeld
- Rekrutierung von Fach
- und Führungskräften
- Management von kurz
- und langfristigen Personal
- und Kapazitätsfragen
- Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen im HR-Bereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Vorgaben aus dem Konzern
- Aufrechterhaltung einer guten und vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des HR-Teams (4 Mitarbeiter\*innen)
- Überwachung und Mitgestaltung relevanter HR-Prozesse (z.B. Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft, Controlling)
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR als Buisnesspartner oder Teamleiter
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Arbeits
- und Tarifrechts sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Erfahrungen und eine ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Administrative Personalprozesse (z.B. Payroll)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeits
- oder Tarifrecht
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Motivation, die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Abteilung professionell zu gestalten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
