**The Team -** your impact
Our Ideation Platform Team empowers E.ON employees and product teams to develop innovative product ideas and solve customer problems, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of the Ideation Platform by creating an ecosystem that provides a collaborative space where ideas can emerge, be evaluated, and flourish.

**Your Role -** meaningful & rewarding
- Take responsibility for maximizing the value of the Ideation Platform by owning the vision, roadmap and setting priorities, ensuring the platform effectively meets customer needs.
- Engage in stakeholder management by presenting the Ideation Platform internally to the entire E.ON Group, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the value proposition.
- Ensure a balance between technical expertise and strategic vision while maintaining delivery and quality.
- Monitor and assess the platform performance data-driven based on usage, feedback, customer-centric and DevOps KPIs.
- Be responsible for the financial aspects of the Ideation Platform, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance.

**Your Profile -** authentic & open-minded
- Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Ideation methods and tools like Design Thinking, Rapid Ideation, Collaboration & Creativity Tools.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Miro, Synthesia, and Slack.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for managing their backlog and documentation.
- You are decisive, customer focused and outcome-driven and have a visionary mindset.
- Fluent in English; German is desirable, and willingness to travel.
