**Logistics Planner (M/F/d)**

Use your excellent Logistics planning experience to ensure efficient distribution of goods in the D-A-CH markets and bring value to the LEGO Groups customers with your focus on quality and service

**Core Responsibilities**- Independent and autonomous order processing and monitoring of specific key accounts in the DACH region in partnership with the respective key account managers- Coordination and booking-in of deliveries and planning of truck volumes in collaboration with our European central warehouse and external contacts as well as monitoring and optimisation of distribution costs and the delivery processes- Order-intake management: Balancing customer orders with customers' inbound capacity and our transport and outbound capacity in the central warehouse. Supervising possible customer monthly budgets and the monthly article topline. As well as control of too high order quantities or article ranges in order to positively influence the final storage at the customer's site.- Contact partner for all internal and external business partners for all logístical issues in the region- Tactical and operational planning of order and delivery volumes and planning of the in-season in collaboration with local sales, the operations team, carriers and DC of the EMEA region- Checking shipping and packaging conditions of our customers and new customers and responsibility for global customer brief- Processing of returns and complaints including the organisation of collection via the forwarding agent

In this role, you will join the market operations team in EUC (DACH). Its purpose is to make sure that our consumers can find the right products at retailers and that the processes around it happen in the most efficient way.

As Logistics Planner, you will bring value by ensuring the right supply from our production, which will lead to an efficient distribution of LEGO products in the market to facilitate getting them in the hands of the shoppers and consumers.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Experience in a customer service, supply chain or sales administration role with a focus on data analysis and logistics- Excel 'superuser' and experienced user of the Microsoft office package- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent partner management skills and team spirit- Result and customer orientation (Reliability and accuracy)- Strong interest in process improvements and also approach this independently and actively- Advanced German and English language capability
