**Job Highlights**:

- Manage demand forecast to ensure timely and accurate data in line with the organization´s planning calendar
- Prepare/lead demand reviews and proactively identify & drive actions to continuously improve forecast accuracy
- Define global inventory targets with key stakeholders and monitor global development. Pro-actively initiate counter measures to balance inventories & supply security
- Drive/coordinate cross-regional improvements for demand & network planning (e.g. changes on warehouse network, safety stocks, leadtimes)
- Coordinate SCM related part of phasing in / phasing out material flows
- Prepare and verify databases for Supply Network planning and Sales & Operations meetings
- Prepare senior management decisions

**Requirements**:

- Several years of relevant work experience in Demand Planning
- Additional experience in Supply Planning is an advantage
- Key User knowledge in SAP IBP, SAP MM and SD is a plus
- Profound knowledge in Excel and ability to process mass data analyses
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders in a global context like Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Logistics and Customer service
- Ability to balance cross-functional aspects for global end-to-end SCM decisions
- Very fluent in English is a must
