**Ihr zukünftiger Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Betreuung der zugeteilten Kunden und OEM-Accounts
- Betreuung von Vertragskunden
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen
- Planung der Außendiensteinsätze
- Verwaltung der Leihgeräte
- Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten im Bereich Service
- Kontakte mit den Verkäufern und Kollegen in Europa und USA
- Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen für eine effiziente Abwicklung der Bestellung
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern aus Europa
- Optimierung der Prozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität

**Das zeichnet Sie aus**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Zusätzlich mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen selbstständigen Position (Verkaufsadministration eines Produktions
- oder Industriebetriebes)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit den MS-Office-Programmen und einem ERP-System - Oracle oder Mapics (AS400) wären von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstarke und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
- Zielorientierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Belastbarkeit - Sie fühlen sich in einem internationalen und manchmal turbulenten Umfeld wohl
- Kundenorientierung - Kunden stehen für Sie an erster Stelle
