Wij zoeken een Zelfstandig Werkend Kok I.

Je werkt met verse ingrediënten, past basis-kooktechnieken toe.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- ingrediënten worden zelf voorbereid
- toepassing van basis-kooktechnieken
- levert input t.a.v. de samenstelling en wijziging van menus, kaart en methoden
- verantwoordelijk voor voorraad
- en bestelbeheer
- vaktechnisch aansturen van hulpkracht(en).

Wat bieden wij:
Marktconform salaris van €2.510-€3.050 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van vaardigheden)

**U moet komt uit Nederland, de EU, binnen de EER of uit Zwitserland en heeft toestemming om hier in Nederland te werken**
