Bike Mechanic

**What you will be working on**:
You will play an important role in creating a great customer experience for our customers in Germany. You will repair and service our electrical bikes and handle the warranty and service tickets in our digital systems. You will diagnose the faults and communicate with customers to share your findings and agree on the fixing. You will also support our Cologne showroom team members with your know-how about bike technical details during customer interaction and test rides.

**What you need to succeed in this role**:
You will shine in this role if you enjoy interacting with people, you care about the environment and share our values of sustainability. You have expert bike mechanics skills that will help you in diagnosing bike faults and fix them. You are a team player with a strong customer focus and you are confident in using digital tools. You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills, which helps you succeed in Ampler’s international team and communicate with our customers.

**Who you will be working with**:
Ampler bikes are made by a team of 120+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Our headquarter is in the heart of Estonia's capital Tallinn and our world-class factory is in Jüri, Estonia. Ampler showrooms and workshops are located in Berlin, Cologne, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Zurich. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us in the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join the Warranty & Service team while working alongside the Cologne Showroom Manager and Showroom Assistants.
