**What You Will Do**

In the role as MBA Intern (f/m/d) you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, and there will be (almost) no typical day during your time at think-cell. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Academics in Strategy & Corporate Development, you will be a contributor to key commercial and academic projects. One of your main responsibilities will be to take ownership of a high-priority project: expanding and developing think-cell's academic program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Co-organize two Case Competitions**: You will take full ownership of a key growth initiative for think-cell - the academic program. We are planning to run two international case competitions with top-tier academic institutions in Q3/Q4 2025. This involves intense project and partnership management, end-to-end ownership, and high visibility with senior management.
- **Analyze data and derive strategies**: Conduct research and data analysis on market trends, competitive strategies, and areas for improvement to support strategic decision-making.
- **Collaborate across think-cell**:Work with multiple departments to manage and drive key projects forward.
- Get your hands dirty: We're a 'speedboat' within think-cell — fast-moving, flexible, and hands-on. Priorities shift quickly, and everyone pitches in to make our programs successful.
- **Work closely with a small team**:You'll work directly with the Head of Partnerships & Academics and our Partnership Managers in the US, EMEA, and APAC to drive strategic and operational priorities and ensure program success.

**You will be great for this position if you have**
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, computer science, or other related fields
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree or a Master's degree is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work at least 3 days per week from our headquarters in Berlin
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a high-performance environment (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC-owned portfolio companies).
- A keen interest in technology, software, and innovation
- Experience working with think-cell is a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (German is a plus)
- Work authorization in Germany - No visa sponsorship is available for the role
