**Your Tasks**
- Together with your team, responsible for the on-time preparation of competitively optimised offers (technical and commercial) of demanding and complex hydropower projects.
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the proposal management team.
- Analysis of market requirements and trends as well as implementation of sales and offer strategies in offer projects.
- Close cooperation with internal (sales, proposal engineering, etc.) and external interfaces (service providers, consortia, etc.).
- Responsible for monitoring and adherence to the proposal budget.

**Your profile**
- Degree in a technical course of study and many years of experience in the hydropower industry, hydropower technology and sales tasks.
- Good knowledge of the Voith Hydro organisation (across locations) as well as knowledge and experience in project management in the bidding phase are desirable.
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English as well as a routine handling of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Your leadership approach is characterised by transparency, open communication and your aspiration to empower employees (M/F/d).
- Strong communication skills, diplomatic skills and persuasiveness, to achieve challenging goals and enjoy international collaboration on projects and an international business organisation.
- Willingness to travel worldwide on a regular basis (10-15%).
