**Job Details**:
The role will report into the Director of Business Operations for Switzerland, Central/Eastern Europe and Austria, and will work closely with all members of the team across three core disciplines: sales strategy, analytics, and pipeline programs.

**The Role**:

- Support the core operational processes of the Swiss business, including weekly/monthly/quarterly business review cadence
- Assist team members to execute all steps of Salesforce’s Go-to-Market strategy (market segmentation, headcount planning, implementation of sales territories, quota setting).
- Engage with stakeholders across sales, business operations, finance, services, marketing, and other disciplines
- Contribute to the further development of our project management methodology, processes and standards as well as the tools used for project planning and project control.
- Coordinate implementation of regular webinars in a box - to drive sales leads (on top of marketing activities)
- Coordinate implementation of benchmark process with identification of best practice in other regions and proposal of local implementation in Switzerland
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and the coordination of communication and information across departments and regions.

**Desired experience**:

- Student or recent graduate in an analytical discipline such as business administration, economics, finance, engineering, commerce, etc.
- Previous internships in management consulting, business development, project management, finance, business operations, or sales readiness, preferably in a high-tech environment will be appreciated.
- Must be able to network across the company.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems.
- Strong organizational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach.
- Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Highly collaborative style and desire to learn and develop.
- **English **proficiency is a requirement, additional languages (German, French) a plus
