We are seeking a talented and experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist in Technology**.
In this role, you'll be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle for various tech roles, including **engineering, product, and data**. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's organizational goals by helping to secure top talent at all levels of seniority.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
- Spearheading the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting dynamic interviews and assessments that showcase our unique culture and values
- Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive our international recruitment efforts, providing invaluable guidance and support throughout the hiring process
- Facilitating seamless job offer processes
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- Proven experience in full life-cycle Tech recruiting, either in-house or an agency
- Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial
- Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus
